AlzArmor (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mobile application developed and operated by MFK Wealth Fund Pty Ltd to support cognitive longevity through brain-training games, daily wellness habits, and personalised AI-powered insights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

When you use AlzArmor, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Name (optional), email address (if you sign up for Premium), and authentication details.

  • Profile & Wellness Data: Age range, primary health goals, exercise level, sleep habits, stress level, and other self-reported information you provide.

  • Usage & Progress Data: Game performance, daily streaks, habits completed, cognitive scores, and feature usage.

  • AI Interaction Data: Prompts and responses sent to Google Gemini or Grok to generate personalised tips and plans (processed as anonymously as possible).

  • Technical & Advertising Data: Device information, app version, crash reports, and Mobile Advertising Identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID and Apple IDFA) for serving relevant in-app advertisements via Google AdMob.

  • Analytics Data: Usage analytics collected through Firebase.

Important Note: We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA or similar medical privacy laws. AlzArmor is a general wellness and lifestyle support tool, not a medical device or diagnostic service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Personalise your daily plans, games, and AI-generated insights

  • Track your progress and maintain features such as streaks and the Brain Power Index

  • Improve app performance and user experience

  • Serve relevant in-app advertisements (via Google AdMob)

  • Send optional push notifications or reminders (which you can disable at any time)

  • Provide customer support

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with the following trusted third parties only as necessary to provide the service:

  • Google Gemini and xAI Grok — for generating AI-powered insights (subject to their privacy policies)

  • Firebase (Google) — for secure data storage, authentication, and analytics

  • RevenueCat — for subscription management and billing

  • Google AdMob — for serving in-app advertisements using your advertising identifiers

  • Apple App Store and Google Play — for crash reporting and basic analytics

All third-party partners are contractually required to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account (via the app’s Data Management settings or by emailing support@alzarmor.com), we will permanently delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

To exercise these rights, go to App Settings → Data Management or email support@alzarmor.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We respect your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the GDPR (for users in the European Union), and the CCPA/CPRA (for California residents).

6. Children’s Privacy

AlzArmor is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
